Andrea Kayne is the Founder and CEO of Ontos Admissions Insight and Global Educational Resources (GER), a recognized leader in global education and leadership development with deep roots in the international school community. She holds degrees from Vassar College, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Andrea serves on the Harvard Graduate School of Education Dean's Leadership Council and has been closely involved with Harvard’s Data Wise Project for more than two decades. Data Wise helps educators look beyond standardized measures by drawing on a wide range of evidence to understand how individual students learn and how schools can better support them. Andrea’s long commitment to this work reflects a belief that is also central to Ontos: grades and test scores reveal only part of who a student is. When educators seek a fuller understanding of each student’s experiences, strengths, needs, and potential, they are better equipped to help every student thrive.
Andrea has also been an active participant in the development of Harvard’s International Education and Policy Management Pathway, which prepares global education leaders for systems-level impact.

She served as a tenured professor at DePaul University for over 25 years and is a member of the DePaul Emeritus Society. During her tenure, she launched a doctoral program in Global Educational Leadership and a first-of-its-kind concentration in IB global leadership, one of the few such programs in the world. Her work with international school leaders across IB and Cambridge frameworks informs everything Ontos is built to do.

Sarah Dickinson Little is the creator of The Essence Method™ and Chief Curriculum Officer at Ontos Admissions Insight. After beginning her career in college preparation at The Princeton Review, she shifted her focus to helping students discover and articulate their authentic voice through writing.
Over 25 years, Sarah developed the Essence Method, a transformative approach that guides students through deep self-reflection to uncover the stories of their souls. Rooted in the same spirit of self-directed inquiry that defines the heart of IB and Cambridge education, the Essence Method reframes college essays from a high-pressure task into a meaningful process of self-discovery and expression. Working step-by-step through the Essence Method allows students to delve into their own sense of self, honing the self-awareness and confidence essential not just for crafting outstanding essays or succeeding in college, but for living a life of fearless self-expression in all the years to come.

She has held roles with organizations including Microsoft and HP, where she supported large-scale learning environments and technology-enabled communities, bringing an EdTech perspective that directly informs how Ontos is built and scaled for IB and Cambridge school networks worldwide.
She brings a strategist's lens and an operator's mindset: shaping vision, building the narrative around it, and putting the structures in place to make it work in the real world. Her career spans global education, nonprofits, arts and culture, and professional associations, with a consistent focus on turning complexity into clarity. Among her most meaningful long-term projects is her work as communications strategist for Eye on India Chicago, a platform showcasing contemporary and traditional Indian arts in partnership with major Chicago cultural institutions.
At Ontos, Jessie oversees product delivery, cross-functional coordination, implementation readiness, and strategic communications, ensuring the platform scales effectively across school communities worldwide. She holds an International Diploma in Women in Leadership with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Linnéa Marks is the CPEO at Ontos Admissions Insight. She approaches design from a behavioral science perspective, holding a BS in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a MS in Information Studies with a dual UX Research and Design specialization from The University of Texas at Austin.
As the sole designer and researcher on the team, Linnéa led Ontos from written curriculum to fully-realized digital product, mapping every student feature with Sarah D. Little, defining counselor, admin, and parent needs with the broader team, conducting foundational user research, and designing interfaces across all four user types. She works closely with engineering on implementation and designed and built this marketing site.
Julee Gould has dedicated more than two decades to education, working alongside schools and families to create meaningful and informed educational experiences. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, her Master’s in Education from Pepperdine University, and her Ph.D. in Education and Leadership at DePaul University.
With a background grounded in classroom teaching, district involvement, and parent leadership, Julee offers a unique perspective on the educational journey from multiple vantage points. She is passionate about helping all stakeholders at school feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate school systems. Her strength lies in building authentic relationships and translating complex educational processes into clear, accessible guidance. She brings both expertise and a genuine commitment to community-centered collaboration.
Ruby Mead knows the Essence Method from the inside. She worked through it as a student with Sarah Dickinson Little, and it helped shape the thinking and voice she carried onwards to Carleton College, where she studied English Literature, Creative Writing, and worked as a Writing Assistant for first-year and multi-lingual writers. After graduating with honors in 2024, she taught high school English as a Fulbrighter in Indonesia. As Assistant Curriculum Director at Ontos, she now helps bring the method she once lived to students around the world. In August 2026, she served as an IC3 Global Engagement Fellow during Ontos’s launch in India. Ruby is living proof of what the Essence Method is built to do: not just open doors, but prepare students to thrive once they walk through them.
Jack Josellis brings over seven years of experience spanning secondary education, international education, and higher education, including service as a regional director of undergraduate admissions in the United States. His work sits at the intersection of international school preparation and university access, with experience supporting students from IB and internationally-focused programs through the admissions process. He is passionate about equity and access across all levels of education and believes that education can be a great transforming connector for people across the world. He has served as a Fulbright Scholar and completed his master's degree in English Studies and Education in 2024.

Because her work spans 25 years, Sarah has followed many of her students well beyond admission, watching them thrive in college, in their careers, and in their lives. For students emerging from IB and Cambridge programs, already trained to think critically and communicate with depth, the Essence Method provides the final bridge between who they are and how they present themselves in the world with authenticity and heartfelt purpose.
The Essence Method is a key that opens doors to self-discovery. It’s a way of writing that mirrors a way of living. As Sarah tells her students, it is a method that will compel them to write essays that open hearts by expressing their own.
Jessie Jury operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, helping ideas become clear, compelling, and real. As Chief Operating Officer of Ontos Admissions Insight, her work is grounded in building human-centered systems that support growth within the complex, globally connected communities that international schools represent. She has held roles with organizations including Microsoft and HP, where she supported large-scale learning environments and technology-enabled communities, bringing an EdTech perspective that directly informs how Ontos is built and scaled for IB and Cambridge school networks worldwide.
She brings a strategist's lens and an operator's mindset: shaping vision, building the narrative around it, and putting the structures in place to make it work in the real world. Her career spans global education, nonprofits, arts and culture, and professional associations, with a consistent focus on turning complexity into clarity. Among her most meaningful long-term projects is her work as communications strategist for Eye on India Chicago, a platform showcasing contemporary and traditional Indian arts in partnership with major Chicago cultural institutions.
At Ontos, Jessie oversees product delivery, cross-functional coordination, implementation readiness, and strategic communications, ensuring the platform scales effectively across school communities worldwide. She holds an International Diploma in Women in Leadership with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Linnéa Marks is the CPEO at Ontos Admissions Insight. She approaches design from a behavioral science perspective, holding a BS in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a MS in Information Studies with a dual UX Research and Design specialization from The University of Texas at Austin.
As the sole designer and researcher on the team, Linnéa led Ontos from written curriculum to fully-realized digital product, mapping every student feature with Sarah D. Little, defining counselor, admin, and parent needs with the broader team, conducting foundational user research, and designing interfaces across all four user types. She works closely with engineering on implementation and designed and built this marketing site.
Julee Gould has dedicated more than two decades to education, working alongside schools and families to create meaningful and informed educational experiences. She earned her bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, her Master’s in Education from Pepperdine University, and her Ph.D. in Education and Leadership at DePaul University.
With a background grounded in classroom teaching, district involvement, and parent leadership, Julee offers a unique perspective on the educational journey from multiple vantage points. She is passionate about helping all stakeholders at school feel informed, confident, and supported as they navigate school systems. Her strength lies in building authentic relationships and translating complex educational processes into clear, accessible guidance. She brings both expertise and a genuine commitment to community-centered collaboration.
Ruby Mead knows the Essence Method from the inside. She worked through it as a student with Sarah Dickinson Little, and it helped shape the thinking and voice she carried onwards to Carleton College, where she studied English Literature, Creative Writing, and worked as a Writing Assistant for first-year and multi-lingual writers. After graduating with honors in 2024, she taught high school English as a Fulbrighter in Indonesia. As Assistant Curriculum Director at Ontos, she now helps bring the method she once lived to students around the world. In August 2026, she served as an IC3 Global Engagement Fellow during Ontos’s launch in India. Ruby is living proof of what the Essence Method is built to do: not just open doors, but prepare students to thrive once they walk through them.
Jack Josellis brings over seven years of experience spanning secondary education, international education, and higher education, including service as a regional director of undergraduate admissions in the United States. His work sits at the intersection of international school preparation and university access, with experience supporting students from IB and internationally-focused programs through the admissions process. He is passionate about equity and access across all levels of education and believes that education can be a great transforming connector for people across the world. He has served as a Fulbright Scholar and completed his master's degree in English Studies and Education in 2024.
