With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in Education and International Cooperation, Dr. Chazot is a senior Civil Servant with the French Ministry of National Education, honored with the very prestigious Médaille d'Honneur (President's Medal) by the Government of France.
A published author, acclaimed columnist, and respected teacher trainer, Dr. Chazot has contributed to various platforms during his tenure in deputation with French diplomatic and consular missions in India, Africa, and Nepal.

A teacher, counselor, entrepreneur, and lifelong learner, Ganesh has founded, nurtured, and led education-focused organizations for more than two decades. In that journey he has visited over 450 universities around the world and personally guided more than 4,000 students through decisions about their higher education.
With the vision of counseling in every school, he founded the IC3 Movement, which now reaches more than 90 countries through over 800 volunteers, and chairs the IC3 Institute, a non-profit with the daring goal of training 100,000 school counselors and reaching 175,000 high schools in 15 years. He is the pioneer of the Counseling Laboratory pedagogy, a pathbreaking approach to high school career and college counseling, and a TEDx speaker who has presented at global conferences for many years.
He also serves as President and Chief Mentor of KIC UnivAssist, which supports over 300 universities in their international engagement, and co-founded The Aha Movement, bringing meditation and mindfulness into everyday work and life.
