When users interact with the Services, we may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login and authentication records, usage activity, error logs, session information, and general analytics and performance information.

personalize experiences based on a user’s own information and activity;
generate educational suggestions, prompts, recommendations, or organizational insights;
organize or summarize information;
improve usability and workflow functionality; and
support operational, analytical, and platform-improvement activities.
Ontos does not use one student’s personal information or educational content to generate outputs for another student. Ontos does not permit third-party AI providers to use student educational content submitted through the Services to train publicly available generalized AI models, except as expressly disclosed or authorized.
AI-assisted outputs may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, original, or appropriate, and users remain responsible for reviewing, evaluating, editing, and independently validating any AI-assisted content or recommendations.
AI-assisted outputs are intended to support human decision-making and educational workflows and are not intended to replace independent judgment, educator oversight, parental involvement, institutional review, or professional guidance.
